The Hershey Gardens welcomes HAAA members back for this annual show in the beautiful education wing of the Butterfly House. Both, hanging art and 3D art will be accepted.
All members in good standing and submitting required online application are eligible. Please make sure you Association Membership is up to date.
Each artist may submit 3 to 4 pieces of original art. Exhibit space will be determined by the number of participants. 3D and visual art must meet the guidelines for 3D art display. Information and Policy Guidelines can be found on the website. Greeting cards are acceptable.
Set up will be on Friday Aug 23rd, 4:00pm, Tear Down Sunday Aug 25th, 4:30pm.
Show and Sale times at the Hershey Gardens August 24th, 9:00am to 6:00pm and 25th from 9:00am to 4:30pm
Additional information regarding exhibitor drive in directions, and logistics will be distributed to participants prior to the event.
HAAA is required to have volunteers available for the entire show, so participants will need to volunteer for a two hour shift during the show. Please indicate when you are available on your registration form. The show chair, Lee Sandel, will be in touch with you as we near the event. .
Members will remit 20% of any sales that are made at their show to HAAA to benefit the HAAA scholarship fund.
HAAA and the Hershey Gardens are not responsible for any loss or damage to any artwork.
HAAA requests the right to photograph work for press information or cataloging of the exhibit.
HAAA Members exhibiting are to read and agree to the Hershey Area Art Associations, “General Information and Policy Statement”
