The Potter’s Wheel & Beyond

an Artist’s Approach to Clay

M. J. McFalls is a multi media artist who also often produces art in clay. She will be demonstrating the techniques of “throwing” a pot on the Potter’s Wheel, along with demonstrating some sculpture techniques.

All HAAA Members and Guests are welcome to attend.

UPCOMING HAAA ART SHOWS-Events

Under the Colors at the Hershey Library, October 23 & 24, Come see the artwork of HAAA members and vote for your favorite pieces! The top three artists receiving the most votes will receive a free 2027 HAAA membership. Sign up to exhibit two days (within the library on display racks) or two months (hallway gallery)
Penn State Health - Center Stage, HAAA members have an opportunity to exhibit their artwork in different areas of the hospital. Artwork will be selected in November 2026 for display from December 2026 through June 2027. Coordinator: Julie Schedin
Now HAAA has three GALLERY ROTATIONS available

Our Hershey Library Gallery Room Rotation, rotates every two months. The current hallway rotation on display until Aug 22, the next rotation Saturday, Oct 24, 2026.
The current Community Room, Big Art Rotation is on display thru Nov 28, 2026. This space is reserved for Big Art, and is set up to display larger art sizes of 30’ x 36’ or larger.
Our newest rotation gallery at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania (OIP) in Hershey, now accepting registrations for artists interested in displaying work in the waiting room exhibit for three months, (Sep 15 - Dec. 15). Space is limited, so please register soon.
