Artwork Rotations

OPPORTUNITY FOR MULTIPLE ARTISTS TO EXHIBIT THEIR ART

Display your art in the Orthopedic Institute of PA Lobby at 112 Sipe Ave, Hummelstown, PA 17036, for a three month rotation. – The first rotation drop off will be Tue. June 2 from 5:30 to 6:00 PM.  This rotation will run through Sept. 1, 2026 (3 months).

OIP LOBBY ROTATING Schedule

ART ROTATIONS EVERY THREE MONTHS

• June 2, 2026 - Sept. 1, 2026

• Sept. 1, 2026 - Dec. 1, 2026

• Dec. 1, 2026 - March 2, 2027

• March 2, 2027 - June 1, 2027

• MUST PRE-REGISTER TO EXHIBIT PRIOR TO HANG DATE

• If more artists register for a certain time period – chair will randomly pick artists.

• Artists drop off their art between 5:30PM and 6:00PM at the OIP office’s lobby.  If unable to make this time, other arrangements to get art to a chairperson can be made.

• All artwork is required to properly meet HAAA Show Guidelines, artists selling art need a valid PA sales tax license, and will remit 20% of any sales to the HAAA scholarship fund at PO Box 654 Hershey PA 17033.

• Art must be family friendly.

• Please use the HAAA tags found on this website or will be provided by chairpersons.
