Fill out the order form below for each t-shirt you wish to order, and send check for the amount due to Hershey Area Art Association, PO Box 654, Hershey, PA 17033.

T-Shirts will be available for your pick-up at the next HAAA event upon completion. You will be contacted when T-Shirts are ready for pickup. Any questions contact (Jim’s contact info here?)
