To the Public

The Friends of Old Annville are hosting Historic Old Annville Day 2025, which will feature local vendors, shops, food and drinks, non-profit organizations, and live stage performances by local musicians.

To HAAA MEMBERS

The Hershey Area Art Association (HAAA) invites its members to showcase and sell their original artwork during the event. HAAA will be set up under two large tents, providing ample space for display. Due to space constraints, participation will be limited for both 2D and 3D artists—early registration is strongly recommended.

Artist Participation Guidelines for HAAA Members

  • Open to HAAA members in good standing who submit their registration by June 5, 2026

Submission Details:

  • Art Show Co-Chairs:   Wendy Craig wcraiger@gmail.com and Mary Lott haaa.president@gmail.com

  • Artists may submit 3 to 5 pieces of original artwork

  • 3D artists are welcome; limited table space will be available.

    • Please use caution with fragile items due to potential wind exposure

  • Two cloth bins will be available for matted, unframed original works (no prints)

  • Greeting cards may be included; please indicate this on your registration form

  • All artwork must be wired properly and adhere to HAAA display guidelines

  • HAAA tags will be provided on the day of the event

Set-Up and Teardown:

  • Set-up begins at 7:30 AM on Saturday, June 13

  • Teardown: Begins at 2:00 PM

  • All participating artists are expected to assist with both set-up and teardown

  • Artists will work rotating two-hour shifts to reduce congestion under the tents

Sales and Licensing

  • Artists intending to sell must have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax License

  • Please refer to the General Information and Policies on the HAAA website for guidance on obtaining a license

  • A 20% commission on sales will be donated to the HAAA Scholarship Fund

Additional Notes:

  • HAAA and the Old Annville Day Committee are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged artwork

  • HAAA reserves the right to photograph exhibited work for publicity or cataloging

  • All participating artists are to read and agree to the Hershey Area Art Associations, “General Information and Policy Statement” found on the HAAA website: www.hersheyareaartassociation.comm

Rain Policy: If rain is expected, the event co-coordinators will decide whether artwork can be safely displayed and will communicate any changes promptly.
