The Event:
HHC and HAAA are partnering in a Two Day Event to Celebrate Summer!
Friday- August 7, 2026 the Hershey History Center Barn Yard is sponsoring a free Jazz Concert featuring The Wave Quartet 6 pm to 9 pm on the same evening HAAA will open our Celebrate Summer Art Show” from 5 pm to 9 pm in the lower-level community room of the History Center. Both Friday’s art show and jazz event will be free and open to public.
Saturday - August 8, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm, HAAA’s Summer Art show will continue, and will include kid activities. Saturday’s event will require a small nominal entry fee ($5 adults/$3 children) to the Hershey History Center Museum.
All HAAA exhibitors must be at Hershey History Center Lower-Level Community Room at 3 pm August 7, 2026 to submit their art and help setup display.
Members may submit up to 5 pieces of original art. (HHC would like included some Hershey area themed art included, if possible.)
All HAAA exhibitors must be present to take down and remove your art Saturday 3 pm August 8. 2026.
Requirements for participating are:
All HAAA members in good standing and upon submitting the below required application are eligible. Make sure your membership is current.
20% commission payable to HAAA on any work sold.
Members may exhibit up to 3-5 original pieces.
All artwork must be properly wired for hanging.
3D Art and art cards are welcomed. Please describe intended art cards or 3D art items on the “Additional Message Section” of the registration form. Table space is limited.
HAAA sales tags will be provided.
Art Show Setup, all exhibitors or their designate must be at the Hershey History Center, 40 Northeast Drive, Hershey, 17033, August 7, at 3:00PM PROMPTLY to submit their art entries and assist in the display set up.
Art Show Take Down, all MUST be present to remove their art from the site August 8, at 3:00pm Promptly.
Artists selling their art, need to have a valid PA Sales Tax License.
HAAA and HHC are not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damage to any artwork.
HAAA asserts the right to photograph work for press information or cataloging of the exhibit.
To Register For the HAAA Members Tent — HAAA members can apply by clicking the Register Form button at the bottom of this page. In your completed registration form please be sure to include;
Name of event, “Celebrate Summer Show 2026”.
For Art Cards and 3D art please note in the Additional Message Section of the form a short description of your submitted pieces, include size. Table space is limited.
2 hour Sales Table coverage - All participants will be assigned Sales Table coverage. if you have a preferred time slot please note in the Additional Message Section of the registration form
